Fire69 check out Merb.cc as Natalia mentioned. When I was there in the summer I saw some girls from Sexy Nadya's and Girls4u. Easy to book and the prices are lot cheaper there for the services offered compared to the Peg. Have fun!

The popular agencies are absolutely safe until December 6th; then we don't know what will happen. Neither do the agencies, actually. Just be careful to do your research on merb - there's all sorts of info there.
This is the problem with Montreal though - it's hard to come home… lol.

There are 79 other comments/reviews on that review post, most have really good feedback, I thought it was a pretty good indication of good choice LOL.

This is a reputable agency - no question, although the booker can get a bit cranky. Don't take it personally; it's a tough job and remember he has to deal with a lot of idiots each day.
Any agency talked about favourably in the reviews will be okay.
The girls that you want may not be available when you are though - depending on how many you're planning to see I'd recommend a short list of five to ten. Popular ones get booked up early in the week and some of them only work occasionally, so don't be afraid to write ahead and explain that you're coming in from out of town.
Personally I wouldn't hesitate to see either of those two - but basically you've no idea what kind of personal chemistry you're going to have until you're in the room with her.
