I don't actually know that she broke the rules, aside from the "20 bucks for my top down" types of crap that I will mention to staff when I'm there. Quickest way to get gals to stop nickel and diming is to get them a talkin' to. I go to EB almost always for the stuff within the rules. I don't even ask if more is available. The girls that have had FS with me have been gals I'd seen regularly who were just, in my mind, rewarding my customer loyalty.
To be clear, I don't know that Taylor offers anything off the approved menu. I just know what the gal I was seeing, who is well-regarded, had to say about why Taylor was "in trouble".
