Getting Caught...

Hi Fellow Pooners
Is there anyone afraid of getting caught under the new law regarding the pooning activity?? As of now, is it illegal to purchase the pooning service? How likely Pooner will get caught in the Vancouver lower mainland, especially if I am visiting agencies. *How can Pooner like me, protect myself??


This Pooner is horny and don't wanna get caught and destroy my life. I have been holding back on this hobby this whole year cause I was afraid.

From what I can gather in the media the new law Bill C-36 is still making it's way through Parliament. It believe it headed for third reading.

I believe that it intends to make both the procurement and selling of sex illegal. As well as advertising in any form will not be allowed. A broader definition than the current soliciting section. There is to be particularly harsh penalties levied for living off the avails and running a common body house, those are the current terms they my be reworded, I have not read the Bill myself as of yet. As well as using minors in the business, about the only positive in the Bill.

I seems like the Harper Conservatives are positioning themselves as tough on prostitution with the upcoming election in mind. Despite lobbying from all sorts of groups they are hell bent to make the penalties tougher and even more encompassing than the current law which has been deemed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. With that in mind I suspect if passed into law it will quickly be challenged. But court challenges take time and even if struck down, which I believe is very likely, it wouldn't be until after the next federal election. In spite of a significant number of Canadians favouring a liberalization of prostitution Harper intends to go the other direction.

Time to get off our apathetic asses and send the Conservatives packing next election. The average person's voice is only heard at the ballot box.

Just Google Bill C-36 and do some homework. But clear your cache and history before letting your wife or girlfriend use the computer.

Even if you do get "caught" the RCMP will not charge you nomis, in BC all criminal charges are prosecuted by the CROWN which means they need a higher degree of evidence to undergo a court case against yourself, which will also take a FUCK LOAD of time. Start saving up for your lawyer the second you get out on bail and I believe you will be fine. In between the 2/3 years to your case if you can accumulate at least $9,000 for a competent lawyer I confidently feel you will beat your case.

Oh wow, thanks for the great intel.
So, according to P3t3rp4n, If I don't have the $9000 budget for the lawyer, I am probably screwed if I get caught? Is there anything I can do to protect myself in those scenario?
As for Colonel Angus, I guess no matter Liberal or Conservative, they will probably be ver tough on prostitution, because it is a very sensitive subject.
I can see the "bad side" from this industry that some girls are the victim of human trafficking, but I believes there are fair amount of SP do it by choice. I think there are guys don't wanna cheat on their wife/gf, but want to have a change in "routine" without jeopartizin their family and relation, so, pooning is the best way to let some steam off.
