I agree with the other comments and seriously doubt you will find someone on PERB who will agree to that price. If you do, check carefully under the skirt before parting with the money to make sure it's not one of the guys on PERB out to make a quick buck!.

Why don't you arrange a dinner date with an SP, 2 hours dinner, 2 hours fun, and then arrange the same thing for a breakfast date for the next morning? You may negotiate a rate of 500 per session since it is back to back and a repeat deal.
Why worry about the 12 hours since you will be sleeping a good part of it. If the first 4 hours are a bust, you can change girls.
