Let me preface this post by saying I have been a BME customer for a long, long time. Back when they only operated in PG. Rikki has always run a tight ship and been a solid business person.

That is why I have hesitated writing anything because she said she would make it right. It has been a month and still nothing so I guess she is too busy or has forgotten. Both of which never happened with her before. I dont know. I hope things havent changed in regards to how she runs her business. Her receptionist has said she hasnt forgot but I am still waiting.

The review: I just saw Gemma-Raii in June. She is a good-looking young lady. I would say her age and pictures are correct. She is petite, nice legs and nice ass, very very small breasts as mentioned in other reviews. No DFK or LFK. The appointment included CBJ, DATY, mish, and doggy. All nice. If you do the numbers I would say L:7-8/A:7/S:7 (with caveats what I got was fine)

There were some issues with the appointment:

- DATY was extra when I was informed it was not. Gemma didnt have change and I ended up paying even more for an extra I thought was included. I should not have done it. I try to make a point of not doing extras because generally if you have to pay extra I feel like they really arent into it, so I dont. In this case in multiple emails I was told it was included. I shouldnt have and wont again.

- I was to see her at 12:00. She was late and after informing Rikki of the plans it still took her more time to get ready for the appointment. So my time was definitely cut short. Like 15-20 minutes that she was in the bathroom freshening up but not changing into another outfit.

- If MSOG was on the menu it certainly wasnt encouraged or even hinted at but again because of the shorter time period I didnt push it and frankly, I wouldnt push it anyway.

- I asked for certain attire and toys. None of which happened.

I emailed Rikki right after the appointment and she said she would make it right but from what the receptionist has told me there is a discrepancy between what services Gemma made me pay for and Gemma has said. Even if Rikki doesnt believe me (which I can understand) , I feel like I should be compensated for my time and get change, if nothing else.

Gentleman. I spent a long time conversing back and forth with the receptionist to clarify that DATY was not an extra but as you say I probably just should have forgone the extra at the appointment as I usually do. I usually spend a lot of time beforehand clarifying everything so I don't have false expectations. The new receptionist seems pretty good but it's hard when you can't actually make decisions. I've sort of written it all off but I wont see Gemma again. Not sure about BME.

Since when are agency girls charging for extras? Maybe I'm getting old but or use to be an all in package. Have others had this experience? I exclusively use independent girls these days myself.

Oblique_approac, please keep us update on the result. I'm very curious cause I was planning on seeing Gemma Raii, and now a little leery to hear that options receptionist say are on the menu get a up charge once your there in person. That as bad as a bait and switch setup.

It's not unheard of for a lady at BME to charge extra for certain services. Back when the website listed what each person would and wouldn't do, it also stated what the extra price was if necessary. I can only imagine the binder full of information the receptionists have to keep on hand to answer any questions callers might have.

Thanks for the heads up, OA. Gemma's pictures look amazing but I've heard a few stories like this one about her GFE services being limited and lacking in passion, so she's still a pass for me.

I had a hiccup with booking at BME recently as well, first time ever. They explained that they've just trained a few new people to handle the bookings via phone, texts, & emails and are booking for multiple locations. My recommendation for the short term is to call to reconfirm any pre-booked appointments and confirm the lady, the time, and the location shortly before arriving for any incall appointments to make sure you're not overlapping with another client.

I've seen Gemma-Raii three times now and her restrictions seem to increase every time I see her. For example my first visit was within the first few days that she began working at BME and, at that time, she happily provided DFK but would't on subsequent visits. The last time I saw her I had the exact same experience as oblique with DATY being extra - when I booked the appointment Rikki unprompted made a point of telling me that Gemma had recently changed her restrictions and now included DATY for no extra cost, however during the session was informed it would be extra. She also arrived 20 minutes late and went right into the bathroom but didn't change out of her street clothes. There was something else that annoyed me at the time that I can't really remember now.

So yeah, I guess she realized that she can get away with almost anything as she's so unbelievably hot - seriously, I still kind of want to go back even after that last visit as she's pretty much the ultimate spinner and you just know she's not going to be around for long.

From her pictures she looks very thin. Not a lady who I would book. I'm highly suspicious of the rake thin ones. It looks like drug abuse.

Re: drugs, I really don't get that vibe from her. She looks pretty well put together and other than being very thin there are no other red flags that would suggest drug use. I'd guess she's just naturally very skinny and acts like a bit of a diva as she knows she can get away with it but in the end who really knows?

Nothing new to report from my end. Although I was assured that I wasnt forgotten by both Monika and Rikki it appears that I was. Chalk it up to one more learning experience I guess.

Rikki has started to post services on the site again, hopefully that clears things up a bit.

Still lists no extra charge for DATY for Gemma. I will have to print the page out next time I guess if I ever decide to use BME again. Even if you disregard the lie that Gemma told Rikki I am still unsatisfied with not receiving change or all of my time because of how late she was and then the extra time in the bathroom. And talking to Rikki afterwards did not fix either of those issues so Im doubting whether saying anything to management (as Rikki's disclaimer now states) makes any difference. Although this has been my first poor experience with BOE or BME Im feeling that Rikki has lost what has made me a longtime customer.

It's been my experience that our time doesn't start until the lady checks in with management by phone, and that has only happened after they've freshened up and are ready to start.

One of the things I really appreciate about BME is that I have always been given the option to arrive 5 minutes early and shower before the lady arrives, so I always feel like I get my full time for play.

Unfortunately that was not the case with me. She was late and rushed in the door and phoned Rikki then went into the bathroom for another 15 minutes. I think there was another appointment after me and I was rushed out the door.

I had a visit with this young lady. One I care to never repeat. Substance abuse is apparent and when she disappeared for what seemed like forever I actually thought she either getting high or taking the longest crap. Too bad.

I can add another similar experience to previous posters she tried to up sell the day even after Riki assured me in the phone it was included. No DFK. Long time in bathroom very average service and rushed away quickly after even though there was time left in the hour. I for one will not repeat. I also found her heavier and softer than the pictures imply

Update: Kind of out of the blue Rikki contacted me by mistake (discretely). During an exchange of txts I found out she didnt know of my experience. Apparently her phone person wasnt passing on the information. I received an apology immediately. Today after all this time I received a full refund. Needless to say I promptly spent it at BME. I really wondered why the change in Rikki's business practices had happened and am relieved things are back to normal.

Today I saw Ally. Review to follow when I have time. And Im not sure if its related but Gemma is no longer on the BME website.

I think she's back to handling all bookings herself again. I didn't ask her about the details the last time I booked, but she did say she was doing it all on her own right now.

I'm sort of torn on the change - response times are often a bit slower now because she's doing it all for BME and her other locations, but on the other hand if it's Rikki handling the booking, my confidence that it'll go according to schedule is much higher than when she had someone else taking care of that for her.

I sincerely hope it isn't a start of a trend, the circle of agencies and independents I generally trust is a small one and I'm not sure I could handle it shrinking again. Hopefully everything is growing pains from Rikki expanding her agency and we'll see a return to the quality we're used too soon.

With regards to shower time... I've had SPs try and burn through some of our appointment getting ready at and away from BME, however Rikki has told me several times unprompted not to let the girls start the clock until we are both out of the shower (assuming no accompanied shower to clean up before ;-) ). While Gemma has taken 5 to get ready when she arrives for our appointment she hasn't counted it against our booking. I'm trying to think of a way to politely confirm that shower time doesn't count at the start of the appointment without souring the mood.
