If this person is raising kids at less than $60 per month each, the kids are being severely maltreated and need to be removed from him and his spouse.Was telling this person the other day how expensive kids are. This person laughed at me saying the govt gives him 300 per child and he has 3 kids. Told me he spends less than 60.00 per kid a month. This person then goes off bragging of how much money he's making off this. Also, he explains why he doesnt want to earn much per year cause the govt would take away this benefit. I know many people who've had 2-4 kids just cause it's so profitable

What if thousands of people are doing this? There are many East Indians,Asians etc who are spending next to nothing on their children and using the govt. I hate seeing my tax $$ help pay for this type of thing

that money is for your children.. actually it started long ago for the wives of men at war I believe... well thats what my father told me once.. your friend would not have that money without the children, so it belongs to the kids every penny to the kids.. when I hear about crap like this it ticks me off!! I also know of a person who will not work and has five kids probably six now.. because you can get assistance until a child is three and then you are forced to look for work.. well this lazy mother.. who neglects her kids makes damn sure that she is nocked up before the three year mark just to buy her some more time. People who see their children as a source of income, should not have any. It far too easy for people to have children and well apparently its a right we all have to reproduce, however I think at times that there should be some sort of program, or test of some sort to see if the wannabe parents are fit to be parents. That's why I promote the use of condoms!
A relative who have genetic diseases knew there's a good chance their children would have the same illness. He knew his children might have a short life and have major health problems. I agree there should be some test to see who would qualify to be a parent

This govt program should have more requirements like u have to show receipts on $$ you spent on your child every month to get the payment
