There appears to be 2 different chicks in that ad. One is the insanely hot busty redhead with the killer ass. Then there's a couple of pics of a chick with straight brown hair. My other concern is there is no price given. That's often the case with scammers/fake ads. Just my 2 cents.

One could only hope but if she was visiting there would be more details about her visit and perhaps a link or mention of reviews. If she were local I am sure she would also give more details especially saying how she is new and local etc.
99% chance it is TGTBT.
