Forum Tools - ignoring?

Is there any way to set certain forums to "ignore" so they don't show upon performing a "New Posts" or other search?

As much as I appreciate all of those fine people east of here ("here" being in the Lower Mainland area of BC) reviews of someone in Winnipeg aren't of great utility to me.

A shorter "New Posts" list would be a good result.

Seriously, just look in the Vancouver Reviews section instead of New Posts...that's what I do.
