Finding SPs in Calgary--not easy!

Hey PERBites, I'm an occasional visitor to this site from TERB. I have turned here before to see if I can add a little fun to the rare solo trips that come my way. My next trip is to Calgary this Feb but I am having trouble finding any SPs in Calgary other than touring independents who hale from Vancouver and (yikes) Toronto and Edmonton. Any suggestions (especially for ladies who call Calgary home base or for escort agencies to check out in Calgary)?

Calgary is pretty bad for agencies, at least compared to the selection in Toronto or Montreal.

Based out of Vancouver it would seem that travelling costs to Winnipeg are higher than Calgary.


I asked Westjet for Calgary flight prices to Winnipeg. They told me "No that costs extra."

The math I come up with comes up with price gouging. Or as SP's like to call 'Fair Market Value'.

Don't get me wrong it is a free market economy but don't try to say the travel costs are the reason for the higher rate. It's just not the case.

I assumed she was talking about hotel costs. I did some math too, checked same hotel chain with same airport proximity in Calgary and Winnipeg, and Winnipeg hotel rates were on average $30 cheaper per night (comparing the same nights), than Calgary. Plus Winnipeg is the plan, not Calgary, meaning adding Calgary will mean increased costs to get there in the first place.

Hotels in Calgary are really expensive, to stay at a comparable hotel in Calgary to the one I'm at in Winnipeg I'd pay almost $200 more.
Also I was talking about the fact that I don't upsell, and my rate is all inclusive. The fact that my rates vary depends on a lot of factors such as the local industry etc, but I shouldn't have to justify that to him because it's completely off topic.

I think he chose to take my page out of context and warp it to suit his needs.

There is a big campaign against traveling sps charging higher rates when they travel than they would at home. Apparently they aren't permitted to increase their rates even by 20-30 per hour to help pay for the additional costs they incur when they are not at home, like hotels, food and flight.

I am a hypocrite for saying what I said above as I pay this rates but seriously

30 and 50 Euro for 30 mins works just fine for me at the FKK's and RLD in Germany.
