Favorite Seattle downtown hotel and restaurant?

I'm thinking of visiting Seattle in the very near future and can't find my old post regarding hotels...
What is your favorite 4+ star downtown hotel without elevator key cards? and what about restaurant?

My favorite seafood restaurant in Seattle has always been Ivar's Acres of Clams. Fresh seafood, excellent service, stellar views of the waterfront, and also, truly one of the best happy hour hangouts in Seattle.
