Probably more of a gross-out and humiliation factor than a health risk. From a communicable disease standpoint, it's much riskier to swallow cum than it is to have it sprayed all over your face. I've heard that if you get it in your eye it can sting like hell, but I can't say I've ever experienced it myself.

i think alot of people want to do what either isn't supposed to be done or allowed to be done. if 99.9% of women loved facials and asked for them, you'd probably wanna ejaculate in her ear or something. okay, maybe not. the fact that there's so much resistance to the idea makes it more desirable. me personally, i like cof or cim. i think it's cuz of the visual thing.
Personally the whole facials thing does nothing for me, and I do agree it is very degrading to the woman involved. With all the women I've been with, not a single one has asked me to do that - or Russian, for that matter - and I've completely agreed...
That doesn't give you free reign to do whatever the fuck you want, assbandit....
The eye is a direct pathway for infections, and so is the nose. For example, you're more likely to pick up influenza from rubbing your eye after contact with the virus, than if it entered through your mouth. Human saliva offers more protection from pathogens than tears can, though I would not recommend CIM as a safe activity either.
There definitely is a high incidence of STIs in Wpg, just from personal observation. I had 3 men in one week last fall that I aborted sessions with because of visable urethral inflamation once we got down to business.
Safety aside, most girls find the idea of facials degrading. To the gentleman that suggested that most men would want them, I actually get more requests for golden showers than I do for facials. Like Avery, I just can't understand the point of stopping, pulling out and jacking off just when its getting good.
Both golden showers and strap on play are quite common requests that we get, and I am sure a lot of girls have no problem providing them. Peeing on command is a little hard sometimes, but strap-on play can be a lot of fun.

Always good to get the facts (420 cases of sexually transmitted infections of chlamydia, gonorrhoea, and syphilis reported in March, incidently). The problem with chlamydia and gonorrhoea is that there are often <i>no signs or symptoms</i>; the condition is only diagnosed by medical testing.

I don't have anything against anyone interested in fulfilling their fantasy of giving a facial, but certainly we can understand the need for SPs to protect their health and safety in this and other client requests (not to mention their personal dignity). As soon as discussions start leaning toward "how <i>much</i> of a risk is it?", we're all aware that we know there's definite risk involved. The degree of risk is a moot point - <i>any</i> risk is too great for an SP concerned about her health and safety - it's like debating "<i>how</i> pregnant can a woman get if a condom isn't used?" Just my two cents.
