Ever use the Supreme Spa 100% satisfaction Guarantee??

I've only seen five girls at Supreme Spa and out of those, 3 were great, one was sort of O.K and another was a less then satisfied experience. Yet I have never bothered with thier "Guarantee".
Has anyone ever had a bad enough experience there to use it?
Alot of the girls that are reviewed there are top notch it seems from the reviews.
If the guarantee is backed up then you figure no one would worry about seeing a unreviewed girl there and TOFTT since youll either discover another wonderful girl or they will try to make things right.
Sure beats the bad taste one gets left with alot of times at other studios it seems.

By the time I did find out about it, it was waaaay too late

Besides, I think the guarantee only applies to room fees not the tips

Just noticed that the sign in the body shampoo room also mentions their vip club, which I thought was no longer in effect. Anybody confirm or deny?

Yes TOFTT, I believe you are correct in assuming that only the room fee will be refunded or most likely no room fee charge will be charged on a follow up visit. There's a few studios in town that offer a 100% satisfaction guarentee but I rather doubt if any would even consider giving your tip amount back. I think that would be up to the individual SP who you were disgruntled with, to give you some sort of compensation. The majority of guys most likely just write it off as a bad experiance which is unfortunate. If management is not aware of the problem, it can never be corrected.
As for the VIP club and free session after so many visits, that was discontinued some time ago because it didn't work. The same was tried at other studios and failed mainly because some SP always abuses the system. TOFTT, I'm told the sign you are talking about will not be up in the New & Improved Supreme. I'm really looking forward to seeing the final product.
