Actually, the individual says you need photo ID for access to her building. You have to show your ID to a security guard in the lobby. Sounds a bit risky from the client's perspective. Thoughts?

I wouldn't so much as to say sketchy, it all depends. But yeah I would be weary in that respect.sounds like one of those sketchy low cost housing places - might be best to proceed with caution
