Mistress Desiree who's semi retired and rents out her dungeon in East Van to a couple ladies she trusts. You asked before and I gave you the same answer. If you send me a private message I can give you some more info.
For Vancouver, I’d give the dungeon nods to Maya Odelle and Mistress Damazonia. See BDSM section waaaaaay down in the forums, or search ‘till your kinky heart’s ❤ content.
Victoria used to have some gems, but not sure if there’s any serious dungeon action going on there of late. I’d recommend going up-island to Nanaimo and see Mistress Lalani Electrica, who has the full meal deal dungeon and knows how to deal with naughty boys like us.

There's a trip down memory lane; have been there many times starting in the late 1980s but haven't seen her in 20+ plus years. I agree - it was a great dungeon experience.
Maya Odelle has a unique setup which reflects her personality. Unique and very attentive to detail. I don’t think you could walk away and wish for anything else. She has a medical fetish, careful what you wish for.
Ivy Harte had access to a very traditional somewhat stereotypical (not in a bad way) dungeon. I believe it is a shared space.

worth a mention, there's a place in N BBY called braven manor, mostly for kinksters
