So where are the polluted parts in your city or area. Toxic dumps, or places you can't swim due to industrial processed waste dumped in the river/lake/ocean. Do you know the company's name? Or former places dumps were at, but are now covered up and used for real estate developments.
In Victoria it was the gorge waterway, just up from the Johnson street bridge. There was a shipyard there. Not sure if there were more than 1 shipyard.
This reminds/related to that joke about selling swamp land in Florida.
It is also related to real estate knowledge of areas (ie. if you live in a flood plain), which seems to be affecting alot of people these days due to climate change (of rapid spring melt).
