Edmonton recommendations?

I'll be visiting Edmonton soon, and was hoping that fellow perb members might be able to provide some hobbyist-related recommendations. Are there any decent strip clubs downtown? Do they work the same way as BC does (minimal cover charge, full nude, no tipping, pricey private dances)?

Is there anything special that I should know about MP's or SP's here? Most reviews don't mention contact info or rates, so I don't really know what to expect.

Please post or PM if you've got any MP or SP recommendations (good 'bang for the buck').

Thanks for the thorough info, guys. In Vancouver, we've got these 'micro-brothels' that offer sessions for ~$150, which is a pretty good value. I don't suppose there's any equivalent in Edmonton? That's the sort of price range that I was hoping to stick with.

No "micros" as far as I know...if they are in Edmonton, they are deep underground. Some micros started up in Calgary a while ago but were promptly shut down by LE.

BTW, if you guys don't know what a micro is, look in the Vancouver forums.

At 2 browns + room fees, it seems that pooning in Edmonton is pricier than other Canadian cities that I've visitied. That's unfortunate, because I was hoping to check out the local offerings. Peelers & hotel PPV porn will have to suffice.

2 browns usually includes the room fee. And which cities and SPs have you visited??? Many independent escorts in Vancouver and Toronto charge 3 browns per hour.

2 browns incl. room fee is more reasonable. In Canada, I've only visited SP's in Vancouver and Toronto. In Toronto, you could find SP's that were cheap *and* great. Vancouver certainly has SP's that are as expensive as Edmonton, but there's also several affordable ones ($140-ish).

I don't hear much discussion about those "second tier" SP's on the Edmonton forum. Is it because they don't exist, or because you're all high-rolling oil millionaires? (j/k)

FWIW, I'm in Edmonton now and see that its a great city -- I can understand why so many people live here. I keep seeing totally attractive women everywhere. Except at Diamonds, that is, where some flat-chested horse-face gyrated on stage while yokels lobbed coins at her snatch. I'm trying to erase the image from my mind still.

The strip clubs in Alberta suck like a Hoover, and the coin toss thing is one of the most retarded things I've ever seen.

Lars, you must come out to E-town during the summer. During that time, all the hotties are strutting around barely clothed in the parks, the clubs, Old Strathcona and downtown...making a hot day even hotter!

I agree Wolv, I go to the two strip clubs in Red Deer usually once a week and I find the whole idea of flipping loonies very demeaning. If I want a poster I will give her a $5 bill and tip her for one.

I guess we can blame the govt. or worse yet, Audrey Jensen for this activity with the 3 foot seperation rule. Remember the days of two girl acts, pretty hot, thanks to Audrey we lost that too.

I wish a one person lobby group could force changes in other area of govt as easily as she seems to do !!
