East Van 20 min?

Does anyone know of, or are there any SP's reading who provide the twenty minute hit and run special experience? I have searched and found some but they are in the downtown core which is not useful to me.

I need the East Van area or maybee North West Burnaby area only. Any useful info is appreciated. Thanks
