E-mail harassment, need help?

Just wondering if any of you can help me, lately I have been getting e-mails from some psycho online. But when I try to e-mail him or her back, I get a message saying your e-mail could not be sent to this user? I am using Hotmail, so I found his I.P. I found a website that shows the location, but it shows it form the Netherlands, that can not be right?


Here is the info I get.

Likely using a proxy server as stated above and may be using and email service that allows him to send emails, but not to receive emails. There are a few of those out there.

Yes I do, thats why he is harassing me I think, although I still do not know why. There are some weird people out there, really weird.

You can actually create a "New Ticket" to report any issues with Kijiji or emails. Go here, http://help.kijiji.net/ca/index.php , and choose "New Ticket". Ad ID is optional, but you can choose things like scams, spam, issue with another user, Police issue etc. from the drop down.
BTW Kijiji is headquartered in the Netherlands, so that might expalin the origin of the emails. They are probably redirected by a Kijiji Mail Server in NL.
