Do you sense that said men and women are disguised as 14yo thrill-seeker kids complete with skateboards and Avril on the radio when they browse through PERB?

Unless you've answered "yes" to either one, then the answer to your own question is an obvious "no".

Perhaps you meant "under-covers cops", in which case, you'll have to ask some of the ladies to post anonymously with the truth.
