CL used to be great for getting late night and spontaneous ads. Everything else is nothing but spam I find.
Did anything ever replace craigslist as a quick and easy alternative to leolist?

Locanto.ca is the one I see some of the ex-CL digital "low track" providers posting on.
But there aren't too many. Mostly ads from the same ~20 SPs, over and over. I don't think most ex-CL posters are aware of Locanto.
I feel like it'd really help things out—for both the SPs and for us pooners!—if anyone who met an SP in an "I can't afford to advertise" situation, pointed them at that site.

I miss the hookups you occasionally got on CL. Most of them were a good lay and lead to a couple multi session sex romps.
The closest thing that I have found is the various "Craigslist Vancouver Island, Craigslist Victoria, Craigslist Vancouver" groups on the forums of the page Fetlife.com but they are not accessible to nearly as many people but just the members of the site and even then only the ones who join said groups. I have found some success there though.

An alternative, but not always 100% is to create a tinder profile. A good percentage of woman on their are willing to exchange money for services you’d be surprised. Only thing is you need to filter and initiative that conversation but you’re much more likely to get that girl next door
The loss of CL Personals left a hole in the game, certainly for me. Not just replying to ads but putting up my own. Very much a numbers game but it was a consistent success rate and as a couple of our esteemed perbites noted, lays and follow-up lays happened! Both paid and non paid too. I still have a regular from an ad I put up looking for regular "maid" service.
Shutting down CL personals, Backpages and the war against Pornhub are all part of that far right hypocrisy unleashed by dRumpf and the repuglicans. Not that I am political, just calling it like it is. Google for Mindgeek and Pornhub to see how far some of these radical vigilantes may take their self righteous war against the sex industry.
Anyway back to a solid CL alternative if anyone comes up with one, let me know. I'll send money!
