Hmmm... interesting. How difficult is it to call through and speak to the particular girl you want to book a rock-solid appointment? I'm coming in to Edmonton from out of town and I'm wanting to book specific times with specific ladies that have been recommended. And I'd be genuinely pissed to book an appointment only to have it ignored in favor of the next guy through the door.

That being said, though, I'd be willing to wait for some of the truly exceptional ladies mentioned by PERBites...

We have an appointment book next to the phone at Sinderella's and very rarely do we have a mix-up with bookings. However, I have witnessed clients say that they are a gal's appointment when they aren't and the occasional screw up is bound to happen in human error. My appointments are important to me and I would never take another client if an appointment has been scheduled. However, if you can't make that appointment, call and let me know. I have a 15 minute wait policy before I'll consider it a no-show and take a walk-in. Also, if someone stands me up, I might be hesitant to book a firm appointment the next time they call in. It's a give and take thing for me. There's nothing better than coming in to start a shift and knowing right away that you'll have a great night. I absolutely prefer appointments to walk-ins and can't understand why any studio would not be more responsible about those that take the time to call ahead. Walk-ins are great too, but there's a chance we'll be busy and why wait around if you don't have to??

Lauren,

Your comments are bang on! I prefer appts with a repeat gal myself and not necessarily if I'm 'shopping' ;-). However, if I know I am going to be more than a couple of minutes late I will call to let the gal know.

Remember guys, respect is a two way street. If you can't make it call!

You do not have to worry about booking at Supreme. I’ve made loads of bookings and never experienced any problems whatsoever.

The only recommendation I have is to either make your appointment during the girls shift or to confirm it during her shift.

Where do I start? James, what happened on Tuesday night was not anybody's fault but my own. It was not managments screw up, it was mine. I am going to send you a PM because its a little too personal for the open board.

Well I had a comment early on in this thread, but what a story I have now on my bookings etc.
Watch for post to follow, it needs a new thread of it's own.

Thanks Lauren for your refreshing and insightfull comments as always. Your comment above about having a walk-in take an appoinment has happened to me more than once, mainly because the SP asked him when he walked in "Are you so & so" Of course the guy is going to say yes. Wouldn't it make more sense for the SP to ask him what name he booked under and then when he's wrong (which of course he will be), boot him out on his sorry ass. Of course with regulars, which I think every SP prefers, this problem should never occur.
I agree with the 15 minute waiting period, which seems to be standard with most ladies out there and is more than fair, but how do you feel Lauren about the client having to wait 30 minutes (or more) in a waiting room because the SP is running overtime in a session or is late getting to work? I'm not implying that it's happened with you or at Sinderellas (althouth it sounds like most guys here wouldn't mind waiting a half hour to see a lovely girl like you. ;) ) but it does happen much to often at other studios in town. I think the customer deserves some respect as well. His time is also important.

Okay guys. Rebecca has posted a note, in this thread, regarding this situation. She has also sent me a more detailed PM, the contents of which I will not discuss.

Let's lay off for the moment, I'll post again once I've had a chance to discuss it with Rebecca and/or DV.

That said, given all the comments, it does seem that DV has had it's share of booking issues.

Booking Issues

Not unlike other MP'S. In a 6 week period at Fantasy I experienced the following;

1) Double booking twice

2) Taken to a room by an SP (not the one I booked with) was told my SP would be available shortly, showered, read 2 "magazines" and waited 1/2 hour only to have my SP come in and tell me she had to leave right away and be somewhere in 20 minutes. I dressed and left.

3) Called and booked an appointment at 11:00 A.M. for 1:30 arrive on time and the SP didn't come in that day due to illness, like they didn't know that at 11:00 ?

Booking issues are an industry problem not an individual MP problem.

P.S. I have also booked an SP because my regular was booked, only to show up and find my regular is available because a client was a no show and never cancelled!

wannabe.....I will make it all better for you.....and prove to you that Penthouse is worth a second try!!
I shouldn't be too HARD on Emily since she still rates in my top 3 of all time, because my 1st visit had been so fantastic, it is only because of my second visit with her that I didn't become a regular, and believe me guys I know shit happens but KITT was on a mission to make it right for me (referring to her earlier post).

still no explantion from KITT guys, oh well I walked in with 2brwns and 1 spare brwn just in case it was that good......might have been her loss..........just I went so far out of my way to keep the commitment!
NOT TO MENTION MY PLANT :(

Funny you should mention the 30 minute wait Pussyman, as I had an unfortunate situation like that last night. I had a gentleman drop by at 10PM, who I've seen before. Before going into the room I mentioned that I probably wouldn't be any longer than half an hour. While in session, another client called and booked for 10:30. Well, my session ended up being an hour long and since my 10:30 had booked after I had already gone in, I had no idea that he was waiting. I came out at almost exactly 11PM just to see this gentleman's back walking out the door. I FEEL REALLY TERRIBLE. I hope that he reads PERB so that he knows what happened. It wasn't anyone's fault... not even a mix-up really... there was just no way for me to know that he was there.
In a normal situation, you should not have to wait that long. I always tell my clients that if you don't mind waiting 5 or 10 minutes than I won't rush you out of our session either. But, if I have an appointment scheduled for say 5:30 and a client drops in at 5... I let him know that we'll only have 30 minutes and that he can book a little later if he'd like more time.
If my 10:30 reads this..... PLEASE FORGIVE ME!! I'll make it up to you, I promise...

I'm sure you're worth waiting for Lauren

I have to agree with a comment I heard recently that guys have to learn to be patient sometimes. I have waited in Fantasy but I don't care. If the guy b4 me gets tossed, so will I. I get so sick of guys whining cuz they have to wait but when it's their turn in the room, they want it to last forever and if it doesn't, the lady was "watching the clock and was mechanical". Guys can't have it both ways!!!!!
