Can anyone elaborate on what was wrong with Deja?

Bump. Seems like there have been two people at least that had reason to feel that Deja is not worth seeing, and that she looks nothing like her pictures. Please PM me if you can elaborate on how different she was from her pictures, or if it was more of a service issue, or both...etc
