Always do a reverse image search on picture. It's removed now but I think it was showing a face from my memory. Most pictures that show a face especially for EI providers, tend to be fake. Reverse image searches generally can confirm this. This will save the guessing game out of most ads.
A week ago the same number was for a Pakistani girl named Aliya. Then automatically changed to Deepti's number. Similar pics too
