Scrub in deep, take an enema, don't eat Chipotle beforehand, and use a honey or jam.

There are ways to ensure a 'clean' experience, but finding the right partner is the trick. In the trade, I'm sure you could find anyone willing to go down and dirty like that, but the question remains, would they take the steps to ensure both your health. IMO, go upscale, pay the above average rates on a luxury VIP provider to takes great care of her body and try it out. I wouldn't scour the amateur league, that would lead to damnation.
