Does anyone know if Cynthia at Blue water on Howe offers CFS ? Or is she just bodyslide, HJ?

I've seen her a number of times, and I like her a lot. She seems to like me, although of course that could just be professionalism. I have never asked about FS, never will, and she has never offered it.

Why not just ask her? I can't imagine she'd be offended by a polite enquiry, so long as you accept her answer, whatever it may be, with courtesy.
