custom leather work

Not sure if this is the right place for this but:

Does anyone know who may do custom leather work that does not cost an arm and a leg. What I am looking for are skirts and dresses like North Beach Leather. I see a lot for sale on ebay but the sizes never fit. I have a thing for the 90's. Any help would be appreciated. I am stumped on this one so far.

what do you consider an arm and a leg for the sort of pieces you want?
