Save your $ on expensive BS just go to the supermarket and buy a jug of sauerkraut, Costco has the large Steinfelds wine sauerkraut for under 3 bucks. Cook it up with a bay leaf and a few juniper berries you can also throw a potato in it and even a piece of pork. It's really good to eat and you can guzzle a few beers down with it.
I can guarantee the next day you won't be wondering if you need a colon flush, that sauerkraut will leave your pipes clean as a whistle! You can even eat it cold right out of the jar, a good cheap cleanout!
This is the best answer on here. Wanna "flush out" your colon? Double your intake of leafy greens, fibrous veggies, whole grains, and water for a week. And then repeat for the rest of your life.

Colon cleansing is bunk science but colonoscopy is not, everyone over 50 should do one.
100% true.
No empirical scientific data exists that 'colon cleansing' does anything. Foo Foo science like alchemy, homeopathy medicine which is 99% water and those ridiculous detox diets of lemon juice fastings or whatever when your liver already detoxes everything.

If you want real empirical data look at Africa. They have 1 in 100,000 cases of colorectal cancer as compared to N. America which is more like 50-60 per 100,000. They simply deduced it was their insoluble fiber diet containing foods such as beans, avocado, greens, okra, yams and peanuts. There I just saved you whatever money they were going to charge you for an overpriced enema go spend it on a girl.

Eat moderate fiber. Excersize. Drink water. Avoid fructose and processed foods. Get all the regular cancer screenings if you're that age. Your liver and kidneys handle the rest.

It's been well-documented that the food industry 'borrows' terms for their convenience (and to increase sales of a product). Thus, using the word fructose is not in reference to 'the fruit found in sugar' but, rather, high fructose corn syrup.
