client lists and protecting yourself

I read a post on here where it talked about men who have done alot of bad things to other girls like throw out attack dogs on them, rape, tried to remove condoms during sex and lots of other bad stuff.

I usually just go with my gut but after reading the post i realized that i should be way more careful!!

How would one obtain a list of numbers and names of dangerous men like surrey bill for example and what do you girls do out there to protect yourself?
