What are some of the optimal flow routing options ppl have mastered ?

I keep a separate bank account just to have reimbursements from benefits added in. No pay checks, no CRA deposits...etc
I also keep a separate e-mail address associated with said bank account that is distinct from the email address I use for all my other accounts. It's also the email address I have for my burner phone.
