This used to be the burquitlam spa operated by Kathy (reviews are on here somewhere). Dressed up as a semi legit spa. Apparently kathy is no longer here, having gone back to china, so it's under new management and new girls.
Was there a few weeks ago and was greeted by a decent looking early-mid 30's Taiwanese. Service was so-so, especially for the price. HE starts at $60 clothed, and down to panties for 100. Test out your negotiating skills. No fs available here. There was another lady there but i didn't get to meet her. Only heard her voice over the wall and she sounded a bit older.
They are advertising a "special" rate of $80/30mins (include tips ) right now.
I wonder if that is HJ only or includes any removal of her clothing.

went to try out the place again. Can confirm the package price is just massage + HJ only. No clothes off, even for extra tips.
Lady I had was around mid-30's, pleasant and average looks. Saw another younger girl on the way out; may be worth a try next time. Was told new management doesn't allow the girls to shed their clothes or do any other extras.

Any new Intel on this place? I may be close by tomorrow and may have time to pop in, would rather not go if it's only aunties there.
I went by today to try it out as I had seen it advertised a fair bit. I would spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere as it was not great. I saw a girl in her late 20's who was chunky but not in a good curvy kind of way. The price was 80/30 and she asked for another 20 for prostate which me being well me decided to see what the difference was. Only difference was that I basically received a bath in oil and nothing that would have differentiated it from a normal HJ. She seriously used at least 5 bucks worth of oil on me and I was starting to wonder if I was going to be put on a spit sometime soon to roast for dinner. 20 bucks is no big deal but it just leaves a bad feeling when you are already not as excited to be massaged by a rather un-attractive woman. I would visit 1100 over this place if you are shopping at the 80/30 price point or step up a bit and go to 8800 as that is a hundred bucks i wish I had back.
