I happen to like the Chicago guy better. Lauren's is more contemporary, and I don't really like it when singers mess with the anthems.
I also happened to like Holly Wilver of the Carolina Hurricanes from the Oilers' Cup run, even though most people surprisingly hated her. I like the girl-next-door sound. She wasn't a pro but she hit all the notes, didn't mess with it like so many of the American anthem singers do, and if memory serves, she was quite hot: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGmACo-utU8
Time for the Oilers singer (Paul Lorieau) to retire, his voice isn't what it was. I like the Calgary singer, and I think it's funny they put a musical note on the back of her jersey

this was awesome.
i wish at times thought i could have heard jimi's without the guitar thrashing tirades thrown in.
now i'm not one for sacrilege, i think jimi's was a masterpiece and i know why he played it the way he did but it would be cool to here for lack of a better term i guess "toned down" a bit.
