Anyone seen Cecily for her massage+HE service only? Found several glowing reviews from 2013/2014 where she was offering FS, but her latest ad is just massage. Advertising 240/hr which is pretty steep. Must be one hell of a massage...? Ad is fairly vague and mentions Russian, body slides and 'light interactive touching'... curious.

I have to agree with ctango, reviews are all great, pics look great, but $240 for non-FS? Seems a bit steep even for a Caucasian SP. I can think of a couple in the $160 range which I would consider high end for R&T.
