If you need to ask then you probably don't want to know the answer.

It may sound ridiculous but it is out there and at all price levels. Often times, the girls are seeking extra tips but there are also those that don't expect it and do it because of chemistry/attraction (yes, SPs are actually people and have feelings!) and would like to seek out a regular that she enjoys seeing. As a veteran who has learned over the years I have to agree that yes, unfortunately, that service is out there, at all price levels. If you are concerned about your health (as anyone with common sense should be!!) the best way to protect yourself is OBVIOUSLY always use condoms properly for full service & GREEK (right sizes, sufficient lube, change them frequently during service), avoid anyone who offers or requests unprotected full & greek, and get tested regularly. I have to say that in Nanaimo, it's already there. I have read threads here on PERB asking why there aren't more true GFE providers in Nanaimo? Based on my last experience with trying to tour there, it is largely because the guys in Nanaimo routinely requested BBFS as if t was expected with GFE. I'm not doubting you since I get PM's from guys trying to sort out which SP provides BBFS for an additional tip. Somebody must be offering the service.

Well, I doubt that is the case as I don't divulge my financial status with strangers (and no one can 'guess' based upon how someone dresses etc.) and I find if you are more than average equipped it is as often to bring complaints about not going in for the deep dive. I am certainly not porn dimensioned but have been refused entry based upon size.

I think it is purely an economic decision and if the guy looks legit, clean and perhaps gives a certain vibe, there is more propensity to raise the topic.
