What's the easiest way to get the pay channels (porn ) unlocked on your TV? I have bell express view is there like a black box that will work or a digital black box or something I can buy? Do i need cable vision for a cable descrambler to work?

you should look into a FTA ( free to air ) reciever
decent ones such as viewsat pro go for around $225

the recievers do go down sometimes but usually the fix is out relatively quick except this last one took about 5 days
