Just curious.....what happens to the pooners if a mp or micro gets busted by le???

Unless you have an outstanding warrant pending against you, nothing. They'll give you the obligatory "you shouldn't be in a place like this" routine, but there is no law against being there. They will sometimes make a note of your ID, but that is only in case they need to follow-up on anything that comes up later. What they are after is illegal aliens, underage minors or other bylaw infractions by the shop (search the bylaws concerning MP licensing for that particular jurisdiction).

Actually if they want to, you can be charged with being found in a Bawdy house.

Just bring a pizza with you everytime you visit, that way if you are busted you can claim you were merely delivering a pizza and the girl wanted to give you a tip.

But if this is legal, then they are there for lawful reasons, no?

If these places are liscenced with storefronts, how would anyone walking in possibly know it's unlawful, if indeed it is?
