Best CBJ in DT Vancouver (or within a 20-minute SkyTrain)?

Know most people are looking for BBJs, so maybe this will prompt a few new recommendations that don't get on the board that often.

Who's your fav CBJ provider in the downtown area? Bonus points if 30-minute sessions are offered.

Not overly experienced on this but JaeHee does a great CBJ and is well-reviewed on here. She's not FS but is so hot to look at and makes great Japanese style AV noises while doing it. It's time for me to go back there. She's located in Yaletown and I think she does only 45-minute sessions.
