Yeah I think you got it right about "The Roxy" a friend is a regular there and let's say she's a lot of fun to party with.The Roxy.
Serisouly that place is a meat market if I ever saw one and the girls are really REALLY drunk with loose morals, if that's your thing

As much fun as it is, seems to be a bit of a sausage fest.
Might have a bit more competition.

Stay away from the Roxy. It used to be good when it was the only place on granville.
Spend the $$ and get VIP at a club and the girls will come.
I find the Roxy one of the easier places to pick up a girl. I can just go there, get loaded, and well.. it just happens. Never really have to bring the A -game there. I find girls at the Roxy are less high maintenance and are just out to have fun. Every time im there, haven't really notice it being a sausage fest, however, if it is.. most of the guys there are douches anyways, the girls know this, and it works it my favor.
You must have terrible game son... You can pick up a girl outside the bar on a weekend on granville street. It's not that hard. As much as money, and looks are highly valued in a place like vancouver, confidence and charm can get you a very long way.

I know nothing is for free but if I had the choice between picking up chicks at bars/clubs or pooning, I would take the former.
It's a helluva a lot cheaper.
I poon because I love the company of beautiful (sometimes not so beautiful) women. Whether it be an SP, a drunk bar chick, etc, I love women. I don't always want to hit the bar get loaded and look to pick up. A night at the bar is easily $100+ for drinks, for a bit more, sometimes I want the ease and the convenience of an SP. Just because I enjoy the occasional SP, does not mean I am socially awkward guy who can't meet women.... While I'm no don Juan, I do fairly well for myself when it comes to women.

This is where the club sells you a full bottle of premium liquor, like Grey Goose etc, for an extremely marked up price. A bottle of $50 grey goose can cost up to $500 depending on the club. With this you get a full compliment of mixers, a personal waitress to pour your drinks, and an exclusive vip section. While getting bottle service is no guarantee, it does make things somewhat easier as girls are more likely to approach you. Some may think bottle service is a rip off, however, in certain situations it can provide great value and is the way to go.
I couldn't agree more. However, unless you're rich, or at least a big spender, and a good looking, athletic, straight out of the beer commercial type of guy the only women you're going to pick up in ANY bar in BC are women you don't want to fuck even without the puking and other complications.

Of course it helps to be good looking and have money, but it's not that simple. I am a decent looking guy, with a decent amount of money, and I do well for myself. You know why? Because in a socail setting like a club, I am not shy, I am out to have a good time and have TONS of confidence. I love to flirt and chat up girls. Personality, charm and confidence are major factors. There are so many good looking guys out there that cant carry a conversation or know how to talk to girls.
Back to the main topic.... The club you go to also depends on the type of girl you are looking for. Another great place to pick up girls is after all the bars close on granville street.... They are all hanging around, getting late night pizza etc... It can be quite the social scene...
