Belle de Jour reveals her identity

Belle de Jour, the escort blogger who also had a tv show based on her experiences (The Secret Diary of a Call Girl starring Billie Piper), has revealed her true identity.

Her name is Dr. Brooke Magnanti, and she claims that hiding her identity was becoming too stressful to manage. She was also worried an ex-boyfriend would blow her cover.

Luckily, her employer, the University of Bristol, says that her revelation will not affect her job.
