Bars/Lounge in Calgary with Mature single ladies

Hi all,

I am going to be visiting Calgary soon and was wondering if there were any bars or lounges (preferably in NE area) that single ladies around 40 (as I am mid 40's myself) hang out at? Yes, I am being lazy but not there for long and I am too old to pub crawl! Thanks in advance for any information.

The Metropolitan Grill at 17th Ave SW (Red Mile) and 8 St SW is the one place I know of to go meet Calgary cougars. Mind you, it's been a couple of years since I've done the Calgary nightlife, so I don't know if that is still the case or not.

You might try the Ranchman's on Macleod Trail. All ages tend to go there, but it's probably best on the weekend.
