She still books on throughout the week and can be available for some prebooking times. Please call to prebook with her or to see if she is available. 
She has not yet retired, but she is also not frequently on the schedule. If you call the agency they should have an idea of her next available day or time. If you are concerned about seeing her before she retires (I do not know when this time is, or if she is even thinking about it) you should prebook with her, as her time does time fill up very quickly.
