Pretty sure it's the same lady who advertises on EC as Miko. I called early this week and every question I had about rate menu etc was answered with another question. After four or five questions I just gave up. I got the same run around from Miko the week before via email.

Sorry I can't give you more info but I got zero info from her, she couldn't even give me a price, when I asked she replied "What are you willing to pay"
