Almost certainly fake pics.
I really hate ads with fake pics because you go into the session knowing absolutely NOTHING about what the girl looks like.
Ads with fake pics are inferior to obviously photoshopped pics w/ LL verification signs, at least with the latter you have some sort of idea of what kind of girl you're getting.
