I totally agree. Hiding one's heritage in that manner just leads to negative reactions from clients, and everything else becomes suspect. There have been other ladies in the past who disguised their heritage in their ads, i.e. one who claimed to be Italian, Hungarian and who knows what else. Another told me her background was Brazilian and Finnish. It was ridiculous, because their true ethnicity was pretty obvious. Just be proud of who you are, FFS.
