There are at least 2 or 3 clubs in Edmonton. They tend to be very low profile though.

A tangential aside: A few months ago I had this really vivid dream where I was performing in a sex club like the one in that film "Requiem For a Dream" and me and a couple of other guys were taking turns banging Katya (ex-Legends SP) on top of a MP table to the tune of Justin Timberlake's "Sexy Back" while a camera showed close-ups on surrounding big screens. Since then, I'm reminded of that dream every time I hear that song.
