I would also like to know the answer to this as it seems like pickings are very slim these days. The Lalaini/Vanessa/Haley trio are the three standouts at the moment and I can't say anything negative about any of them but I have a hard time believing there isn't' someone else in the city worth seeing. I lean towards spinners and am dying to find someone who isn't a drug addict and gives a great bbbj.

Nope... I haven't tried all the ladies at Black Orchid myself, but there are a few who offer BBBJ service working there. The two I have visited (reviews here and here) were attractive enough young women but provided pretty average, semi-mechanical service.

I know quite a few of the Nanaimo girls.....I would say Lady Vanessa, Lalani Electrica and Haley are your best bet. Allie in Parksville is also a class act. Good Luck, gentleman.
