Anything other than casual is going to be VERY (like $1000 an hour and up) expensive. Candy, Amanda Hampton, Leila, all of whom are UK based travel to Dubai on a irregular basis, you might try one of them.
At a last resort you *might* try listening or asking around at the Burj Al Arab, Dusit Dubai or the Emirates Towers Hotel. I personally would not do this unless I knew my hosts quite well and could ask them how to ask.
