formerly Precious. I've always had very good experiences with her, but others have been hit or miss
I can tell you about Leah
As mentioned previously, she was/is also known as Precious.
I've seen her as Precious quite a few times over the years. She started at E&R probably around 4 or 5 or so years ago, and came and went, very young at the time. When she first started there she was very fresh and alive, enthusiastic and fun. She did massage there and then left to go independent.
As an independent she got into full service as well as massage. Understandably, I suppose, as time went by she became less "enthusiastic" about the work and much more businesslike. While she was still, and continues to be, nice to her clients, she has become quite strict/rigid about charging for any aspect of the service. It's a bit of an "a la carte" menu as apposed to a flat rate, you might say. The bottom line is that she feels that she should be able to charge higher rates, like in Vancouver, because she feels like she's the best thing around and deserves it.
As for looks, Precious has always been pretty and continues to be. She has a pretty face and smile and, although small, a pair of the nicest natural breasts out there. When she first started her lower body was toned and slim and very hot. It's still comparably nice but she is a bit more thick around the butt/hips/thighs now.
Precious stopped doing full service some time ago (I never tried it) but last time I saw her she was going to start doing it again. If you get a massage, you can expect a decent massage with a quick release when the time comes. She doesn't take her time on that front really, it's a pretty business like pumping, no playing around.
Anyway, Precious is correct, there aren't that many comparable ladies in town with respect to looks (just Audrey I believe). If you want the looks and a business-like service, she's your girl. If you want a FGE kind of thing...not so much.

I saw Leah once. Very beautiful asian in victoria. The digging the elbow into your back bit was not enjoyable but the rest was. what a hot body. our session ran over the half hour i paid for and she asked me for more money. as i only take what the seesion costs i had no more to give which i wouldnt of any way.
