Any FOB South Asian SPs in Vancouver?

I've been with Fresh-Off-the Boat (FOB) Latina, Asian, Eastern European, and Western European (as in moved in the last year, or two, or at least has a very strong accent with slightly broken English).

I've yet to see a FOB South Asian SP in Vancouver. Not even at an AMP.

Any one know of any?
