There are a lot of scammers on CU and most of them have a few things in common. Phone number in their ad, out of town phone number, cheap rates and they want payment before meeting. She fits all of that.

Just walk around your neighborhood, randomly handing out $20 bills to strangers. It is actually a better use of your money, you will make the day of many strangers, and it is better than sending a whole bunch to one scammer.
Its probably some fat old man in his mother's basement getting rich.
