I get those hits too - caescort has never delivered anything vaild and the other link has no hit either - it's just Google try at guessing the correct image.
So no hits that mean anything.

This is interesting. I go back to the links I posted for you and do not get the same results, fewer hits, just a couple. Same when I go to your original link, fewer hits. When I go direct to the BP ad and use TinEye and GIS, results are 0.

My suggestion. TOFTT and report back.
